HelloFresh: A Circularity Roadmap

As a part of my MBA course Circular Value Chain, I was asked to develop an internal circular business model transformation plan for the company of my choice. Acting as an internal employee, this PFD accompanied a detailed report as well as a pitch. It aims to inform company leadership on the opportunities and barriers in successfully transitioning into the circular economy space by evaluating the company’s current circular positioning in the existing marketplace, assessing the internal barriers that limit circular economy behavior, and identifying potential circular economy innovations to seize competitive advantage.
